We packed our bags and we finally made a trip to Disneyland with the kids! The kids have been waiting for three years to go and they loved it. We spent last Monday at Magic Kingdom and then Tuesday at Disney's California Adventure Park, then Wednesday we went back to Magic Kingdom. Matt and Andrew loved all the rides especially the fast ones. Matt loved the California Screamer in the California Adventure Park. The man who rode behind us told be that the ride was worth it just to listen to Matt on the ride, he was having the time of his life!! You could not wipe the smile off of his face most of the trip. The kids were all very good on our trip, they got along almost the entire time. Austin did well on the trip as well, he enjoyed the rides in Fantasey Land and the Little Bug land in California Adventure. We did have some hot days (in the 90's)but they were welcome considering it was in the 30's at home.
We also went to SeaWorld on Thursday in San Diego and we all really enjoyed that as well. Shamu put on a great show and so did all the rest of the animals. Matt wanted to go into the Soak Zone for the Shamu show, so Greg took him down there. Let's just say that they really do call that section the "Soak Zone" for a reason, they were very wet. Since they were already wet they didn't mind going down shipwreck rapids and getting soaked to the bone. Greg did not have one once of dry on his body when he got off, neither did Matt or Andrew. When we had lunch you had to protect your food because the seagulls would sneak in when you turned your head and steal your food, they really were very clever. They caught several people off guard.
We also stayed with our good friends the Hongs for a couple days. It was really good to see them again, it had been such a long time since we had been back to Cali. They let us hang out and relax a couple days with them and catch up, it really was a nice time. Thank you so much Hong Family!

Austin's 2nd Birtthday
I can't believe that Austin is now 2 years old. The time has gone by so fast. We had a family birthday party and Austin had a great time along with everyone else. We had Grandma and Grandpa Aiman and Great Grandpa Aiman and Lori and Willie, Spencer, and Tyler, along with our clan. Of course Austin made a huge mess with his spaghetti dinner and then enjoyed his chocolate birthday cake. He wasn't too sure about what to do with the presents but that did not last long. After about two presents he got the hang of it and was tearing through everything. It was really fun to watch him have such fun. We really enjoyed having everyone there and we know that there were many others out there that would have come if it weren't for the miles involved. We love all of our many friends and family.
